company and has been active and successfully managing residential and
commercial investments. We have a variety of affiliated corporations such as DMI Realty,
Inc. and DMI Insurance, Inc. to better serve both our clients and their their
tenants.
We specialize in residential
and commercial property management for investors of small and mid-size
income producing real estate. Our website is primarily designed to
provide prospective tenants with information relative to the leasing of
apartments and commercial office and retail space. In addition the
tenants have the opportunity to communicate with the management
regarding any maintenance and repair work they may need.
Our website does not address the wide variety of services that DMI
provides, however we encourage all site visitors to contact us in all
